Your retreat is all-inclusive which means no extra costs will be incurred during your trip. It includes your stay at a luxurious villa just south of Valencia in a stunning location in the mountains just a short drive away from a local white sandy beach stretching for over 8 miles (Transfers are included).
Part two of the retreat takes place in the heart of Valencia, where you’ll enjoy city experiences, dining and your two-day Personal Brand Media Experience.
With professional photography, video, makeup, brand coaching and content support, you’ll create a powerful library of professional assets, including brand photography, video content, a promotional business video and your own Women Thrive interview.
You’ll also gain further visibility through a Women Thrive Magazine feature and Women Thrive media channels, helping you leave Valencia ready to show up with greater confidence, credibility and authority.

Monday
Arrival at Valencia airport and transfer to a luxury villa in Moraira, Calpe.
Welcome with champagne and villa tour, including private/shared room setup.
Relaxation and a homemade paella dinner with wine or beverage of choice.
Evening goal-setting session, intention setting, and group introductions.
DAY 2
Tuesday
Begin with Kundalini yoga, mindfulness, and visualization, followed by a healthy breakfast with stunning views.
Engage in workshops and coaching sessions to support business and personal growth.
Enjoy a light lunch and explore local beach sights in the afternoon.
End the evening with a private chef dinner and meaningful group conversations at the villa.

Women Thrive Media / Women in Business was established May 2017.
This is where our passion began for events and creating a women's collective.
Since then, we have hosted regular in-person events, retreats and dinners. Some of our favourite destinations have been London, Paris and Ibiza.
This our third year hosting a retreat in Valencia, at the request of many of our clients.
Our work mainly revolves around women's empowerment and supporting women in business. Our business is hosting events, publishing magazines and offering private coaching and mentoring to our global clientele.

We will be sure to visit the iconic City of Arts and Sciences, a futuristic complex that houses an opera house, science museum, and Europe's largest aquarium.

How much does it cost?
The retreat cost is £1250 per night or £7500 in total, which includes accommodation, food, transfers, any additional activities, and coaching. We do not cover your flight costs or return transportation to the airport. We will only collect you from Valencia airport and your accommodation will be within a short distance to Valencia airport for your return flight. If you are flying into another airport, you may need to make alternative arrangements to the retreat venue and back. Please liaise with us about your time of arrival and departure.
What is the purpose of this business retreat?
This retreat is more than just a getaway; it is a luxury experience with the perfect mix of self care and relaxation as well as business up-level. Our carefully curated program is designed to allow you the time to recharge, explore, grow and put new knowledge into practice. By hosting an additional event during this retreat and offering production opportunities you have the opportunity to meet more people and create powerful personal brand content that will elevate your authority. You'll learn from industry leaders and trailblazers, and gain invaluable insights to propel your success. Forge lasting bonds, exchange ideas, and build a powerful network that will continue to inspire and support you long after the retreat ends.
Can I get a refund if I need to cancel my registration?
In most cases we do not offer a refund, instead, you may transfer your booking to another retreat date or service that we offer. We will decide on a case-by-case basis. If you have a reason to believe that you may not be able to make it to the retreat please notify us as soon as possible.
What topics will be covered during the retreat?
During this retreat, we will be covering topics such as: Personal branding, visibility, thought leadership, business strategy, human design, productivity, pricing, launching your services, leadership, mindset, public speaking and media & PR.
Is there a maximum number of participants allowed?
Yes, we do have a limited capacity for this retreat Our full capacity is 14 people at this retreat, making sure you have a quality stay without too much overwhelm. We aim to maintain it's quality by making a careful selection of attendees.
Who will be attending this retreat?
This retreat is currently attended by our community members and already existing clients of Women Thrive. The women attending this event are business owners or entrepreneurs, they are ambitious, successful and self-aware individuals. They are kind, supportive and encouraging to each other.
What should I bring with me to the retreat?
You should bring a good selection of clothing, for various activities such as: swimming, hiking, going out for dinner, event outfits, and photoshoot outfits if you are having additional photos taken. We also suggest bringing a selection of warmer and lighter clothing. Evenings can get a little cold as temperatures drop after sunset. Daytime is usually sunny and warm with temperatures reaching 20-26 celcius.
Is there free time for relaxation or exploration of the retreat location?
Yes, there will be pockets of time for yourself to do independent activities. As our schedule is relatively packed there may not be much time to go explore the local sights, outside the time allocated to do so, but you will have time for rest, relaxation and self-reflection.
Will I receive any photos and videos from this retreat?
Yes, you will receive a selection of photos and videos from this retreat. We will have a professional photographer for group photos and events, who will also be taking some personal pictures of our attendees. We will also offer the opportunity for our guests to upgrade their package and have a professional production of their promotional assets such as a speaker reel. Please note any photos/videos taken during this retreat may be used for future promotional purposes, digitally and in print.
